We welcome International orders in addition to the United States. Currently, we offer International service to the following areas : Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. If you are placing an International order, please read the following information below regarding the shipment of your order.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. However, International shipments may require up to 2-3 days of additional time to process your order. Note: Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Custom and/or personalized items may also require an additional 2-3 days to process. **During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be longer.
DUTIES, TAXES, AND FEES
As an International customer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when your package moves through customs. The Jeweled Lullaby is not responsible for any duties, taxes, fees, etc. associated with the shipment. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you are unfamiliar with any customs fees and charges in your country, please check with your local postal or customs office for more information.
SHIPPING METHODS, CHARGES, AND DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.
CANADA
All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Rules & Exceptions
- Our flat rate shipping charges are calculated based on pre-tax and pre-discount merchandise totals.
- Engraving fee (if applicable) does not count toward the total amount.
- Delivery estimates are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Occurrences beyond our control may cause shipping delays.
- Shipping fees are non refundable.
